Tic Tac Toe Face Off! ("the App") is a tic tac toe game published by Strawbs & Cukes LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how the App works.
We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. The App has no user accounts, no server-side backend, and no analytics service operated by us.
The App allows you to take selfies or choose photos from your library to use as game pieces. These photos are:
Tic Tac Toe Face Off! does not collect, process, store, or share face data. The App does not use facial recognition, face detection, ARKit face tracking, the Vision framework, or any other technology that identifies, analyzes, or derives information from faces. When you take a selfie or choose a photo for use as a game piece, the image is treated as a standard picture — no facial features, face geometry, or biometric data are extracted from it. Photos are stored only on your device, are never uploaded to our servers, and are never shared with any third party.

The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove ads and unlock unlimited avatar slots. This purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store.
